Online disinformation is a growing problem that challenges society globally. Increasingly, computational methods and tools are employed by bad actors -- ranging from private individuals to nation states -- to manipulate media, propagate disinformation on social networks, create and manage false profiles, and to accomplish other parts of the workflow for designing and delivering disinformation campaigns.

This competition invites students to create engaging educational videos that explain and explore disinformation techniques with the goal of building literacy. The best submissions will identify a specific tactic or set of tactics, and communicate with a specific audience, perhaps an audience that the team is familiar with, such as a specific demographic or geographic community.
