Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct for the Virtual Platform
CSAW is a global, online event for students, teachers, professionals and anyone else who is interested in cybersecurity. The 2021 event is hosted by Virtual Chair on the Gather.town platform.
All conference and competition attendees are required to abide by the following Code of Conduct. This Code extends to organizers, finalists, volunteers, judges, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
CSAW’21 organizers are dedicated to providing a safe, welcome, and harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or national origin. Respectful behavior is expected.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Derogatory remarks, intimidation, trolling, and sustained disruptions are prohibited. Sexualized language and imagery is not appropriate for any aspect of the CSAW’21 conference.
Taking screenshots, photos, or recording any portion of the conference is prohibited. If a presentation is being recorded, attendees will be notified and then given the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of the session.
Conference participants violating this Code may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
